Main bedroom suite has a sitting area, large shower, walk-in closet, and balcony. Laundry room across from 2nd bedroom.

The space
Settle into a spectacular 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment in Mobile's downtown Detonti Square Historic District. A recent, complete renovation transformed the second floor of a former church into stunning apartments.
Beautiful hardwood floors throughout, w/tile in kitchen and laundry room. Tall windows. Treetop view of the Mobile skyline.
The open floorplan has a dream kitchen, featuring an oversized quartz island with built-in 5 burner Kitchenaid gas range. Steam, Kitchenaid, Bosch appliances. Wine cooler, ice maker (in freezer), hidden trash cans, high quality wood cabinetry. Full gourmet sink and Italian tile wall/backsplash. There are USB ports on island.
Spacious Primary Bedroom houses en suite bath, large walk-in shower, and a closet with built-ins. Remote ceiling fans. And there's a balcony out back.
Second bedroom has ample closet space, with a full bath across the hall. A large laundry room w/ storage is adjacent to the bath.
Enjoy the Mobile's lively downtown, with the convenience of Iron Hand Brewery downstairs - a beloved brewpub.
Iron Hand Kitchen has a full menu - with just about everything made onsite.
