Enjoy the comfort and privacy of this modern main house, perfect for families, business travelers, and longer stays. Guests have exclusive access to the main home, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind.
The home features high-speed Wi-Fi, smart 4K TV with Netflix, comfortable beds, a full high ceiling kitchen, and modern recent renovated bathrooms with bidet. A new heat pump mini-split system ensures efficient heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.
The property is nested in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes away from N/185th station, local shops, restaurants, this suite offers both comfort and accessibility.
The 3rd bedroom does not have its own mini-split AC unit, but if the door is left open, warm or cool air from the mini-split in the living room and other rooms will circulate into the space.
Please note that the property is connected to a guest suite (another guest unit with maximum 2 guests) through a locked interior door. The suite has its own private entrance and functions as a completely independent space. The connecting door remains securely locked from both sides, so no one can enter the main house from the suite and your privacy is fully maintained. Some normal living noise may occasionally be heard. However, we maintain quiet hours after 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for everyone.
