Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This is a downstairs unit in our newly constructed Cottage. It comfortably will sleep 4. Two full bathrooms. Comes with washer/ dryer and all amenities. Full Cable and internet. You will also have access to the roof top and a full size basketball court. Lots of parking and easy access to freeway and bus routes.

This place had everything we needed for our stay including a fenced in yard for our dogs. Rosy and Salman were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay for our family

We are locals who needed a week’s rental as we were having some remodeling done. Luckily we found this place. Convenient location, clean, and with very responsive owners who helped us with all our queries instantly. Kids loved the basketball court. Adults loved the privacy and quiet. Would stay again.

There is some construction to the premesis, and right beside a freeway so there was some background noise. nothing while I was sleeping.

Good property and great hosts

Stayed in this VRBO for the entire summer for an internship in the area. The downstairs area features two good bedrooms and a kitchen and living area (with the living area also having a pull out couch). The listing was accurate and the hosts are great! Loved the basketball court nearby. One thing though is that the closet in one of the bedrooms could be kept more pleasant smelling, and there were the usual spiders and crickets outside the apartment that could be probably dealt with better. Overall though, great place

Ok for short period

This place is in a great location but it is right next to the freeway. Good access but kind of noisy. The home is downstairs in what appeared to originally be a basement so it is dark. Fine for short visits but probably wouldn’t want to rent long term.

Hi Christy thank you for your stay, it is clearly listed as a basement unit. However it is so well lighted with so many recess lights. All of our guests have said they would never think it was a basement unit as it a so bright. We have had long term stays there and our guests have loved it.

Don’t stay here

Could not check in! The property was occupied. The location was extremely noisy as it was backed up to a freeway. Parking was difficult as there wasn’t enough room to turn around when another car was parked there. The owner offered the other room for us to stay, but then told us we had to move the next morning. She was insistent that we couldn’t stay there even though we were not able to check into the room we had booked. Plus she kept texting and calling me late at night when we were tired from travelling all day and it was almost midnight! The room we stayed in was dirty and there were broken items like the bathroom faucet. The pillows were flat and beds were so uncomfortable. If I could leave a no star review I would!

Hosts please beware of this guest, she is every hosts worst nightmare. Firstly she is blatantly lieing… she was not given a room she was upgraded to the upper unit with a living room 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms more expensive from what she paid, She didn’t even stay at the basement unit for which she booked and paid for, so this review she left is not a reflection of the basement unit as she didn’t even step inside and even see the place. I actually upgraded her to another unit for the night she came in so this review she is leaving is not even for the basement unit! She demanded that she stay in the upgraded unit for the rest of her stay even after me explaining to her that she booked the basement unit and that’s where her booking is for. If it were as bad as she is saying it was why did she ask to stay there?. There was no communicating with this person. She was honestly the rudest person I’ve had the misfortune ever coming across. I was trying to accommodate her by upgrading her by not even charging her for the first night she came. Her demands were just outrageous and didn’t make any sence. This is a retaliatory review from a guest that was just making outrageous demands. If I could leave a zero star review for this guest I would.
