The living area of approximately 94 m² spans 3 levels and is divided as follows:

First floor: Entrance area, living room with open kitchen, dining area, and access to the terrace, a shower room / restroom
The terrace features patio furniture, a beach chair, and a parasol. Inside the house, you can use the house phone for domestic calls and Wi-Fi free of charge.

First floor: one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (each 100 x 200 cm), a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower
The first floor and first floor are equipped with underfloor heating.

Some of the bedrooms are furnished with custom built-in furniture. The windows are fitted with insect screens; the bedrooms also have blackout curtains.
