The "Sandvik" townhouse is located in a quiet area in the beautiful Dorf neighborhood. Nevertheless, it’s only about a 5-minute walk to the town center—with its many restaurants and shopping options—as well as to the nearest beach access point. The house is lovingly and modernly furnished, so your vacation can begin the moment you arrive.

The living space of approximately 98 m² is divided over two floors as follows:

First floor: entryway, living room with open kitchen, dining area, tiled stove, and access to the terraces (south-facing and west-facing), a shower room/toilet, and an utility room with an additional fridge-freezer combination
The terraces are furnished with garden furniture, lounge chairs, and a beach chair. Underfloor heating on the first floor and upper floor ensures a comfortable indoor climate, and a telephone is available for free domestic calls.

Upper floor: one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm—mattresses to be replaced in fall 2024), one bedroom with a single bed (140 x 200 cm — mattresses replaced in fall 2024), a bedroom with a single bed (100 x 200 cm), and a bathroom with a tub and separate shower
Some of the windows are fitted with insect screens featuring pollen-blocking mesh.

There is a lockable garden shed for bicycles.
