The superbly equipped "Beach House" semi-detached home is situated in a dream location right next to Ordinger Beach. With its cozy furnishings, it offers plenty of space for even a larger family to relax—and your dog is also welcome. Here you’ll find everything your heart desires for a carefree vacation on the North Sea. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away—enjoy long walks by the sea and the breathtaking natural scenery all the way to the Bad district. There you’ll find various shopping options and restaurants, as well as the “Dünentherme” and the health and wellness center. A fireplace in the living area and a sauna on the upper floor of the house create the perfect cozy atmosphere; on the beautiful terrace, you can enjoy meals together and relax at the end of the day with a cool drink.

The living space of approximately 130 m² spans three levels and is divided as follows:

First floor: Entrance area, living room with open kitchen and smart TV, dining area, fireplace, and access to the terrace; one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm—separate mattresses); one bathroom with shower and toilet; and an utility room.

Upper floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds (1x 180 x 200 cm—single mattresses and 1x 200 x 200 cm—single mattresses) and TV, a shower room/toilet with a towel warmer and sauna. Blackout pleated blinds and insect screens on the windows ensure a restful night’s sleep.
