The house itself offers plenty of space even for a larger family seeking relaxation, and the spacious garden on the edge of a small wood invites you to linger when the weather is nice.

The living area of approximately 150 m² is distributed over 2 floors as follows:

First floor: Entrance area, living room with open kitchen, dining area, fireplace, and access to the terrace (southwest-facing), a separate TV room, a double bedroom with a box spring bed (160 x 200 cm—full-length topper), a shower room / toilet
The terrace features patio furniture and a beach chair.

Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms with box-spring beds (1x180 x 200 cm and 1x160 x 200 cm—each with a full-length topper), 2 shower rooms / restrooms, a sauna

There is a covered area for bicycles outside.
2 parking spaces are available; a third vehicle can also be accommodated if necessary.
