This is Soleil Breeze: a four-bedroom waterfront retreat in Fort Lauderdale's Coral Ridge Isles, built for guests who want pool days, paddle-ready mornings, and easy access to everything that makes South Florida worth the trip.

The home opens into a bright, white-on-white living space anchored by a vaulted ceiling and oversized windows that pull in the Florida light all day. The lounge area is set up for movie nights and downtime — Netflix-equipped smart TV, generous seating, and a stocked shelf of board games (Monopoly, Uno, Sorry, Connect 4). Just beyond, the dining table seats six under a sculptural pendant light, and the kitchen is genuinely impressive: a long marble-topped island with breakfast seating for four, full premium appliance suite, and every tool you'd need to cook anything from a quick breakfast to a full group dinner.

The bedrooms are split for privacy and easy group dynamics. The primary suite is a calm, neutral retreat with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom finished in marble with a glass walk-in shower and dual vanity. - Please be advised that although our pool cleaner diligently attends to maintenance weekly, we do not have control over the weather. Leaves, bugs, sticks, and other debris may be blown into the pool between cleaning sessions. Rest assured, the pool is consistently sanitized and well-maintained, and the presence of these items should not impede your ability to enjoy the pool. In the event you encounter any such issues, we kindly ask you to use the pool skimmer for prompt cleaning.
- Use of the provided kayaks requires receipt of a signed liability waiver.
- This home has exterior cameras in the backyard and pool area.

Parking Details:
- Driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles only. Street parking is not permitted.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
