Bella Vista is the lower unit of a 2 family home. The property includes two separate rental units, and the shared private dock is available to guests of both units when rented separately. The upper unit may be occupied during your stay unless both units are reserved together.

Later, you might bike to the beach, paddle across the lake to a hidden stretch of sand, or wander down to The Big Chill for dinner, music, and an evening under the lights.
And when the day winds down, the lake becomes still again it's the perfect setting for stories around the fire pit, a glass of wine on the balcony, or simply enjoying the quiet.

THE SETTING
Bella Vista sits directly on the tranquil waters of Camp Creek Lake, one of the rare coastal dune lakes along 30A.
These lakes exist in only a few places in the world and create a unique environment where fresh water and saltwater meet offering calm paddling waters, incredible wildlife, and peaceful views just minutes from the Gulf.
From the private dock, you can launch a kayak or paddleboard and make a short 10-15 minute paddle to a quiet beach access.
If you prefer to walk or bike, Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access is about ½ mile away, making beach days simple and easy.
This rare combination of lakefront and beach access is one of the things that makes Bella Vista so special.

Bella Vista: Lower Level of a Two-Story Home
Bella Vista is the lower unit of a two-level family home. The home consists of two separate rental units, and your reservation is for one unit only unless both units are reserved together. The upper unit may be occupied by other guests during your stay.
The private dock is shared between the two units when they are rented separately. If both Bella Vista and Coastal Chateau are reserved together, guests will have exclusive use of the entire property, including the dock.
Bella Vista may be rented individually or together with Coastal Chateau, depending on availability. Reserving both units is a great option for larger families or groups traveling together who want additional space, privacy, and separate living areas while staying under one roof.
