Spread across two floors are three bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-dining area, an utility room, a guest restroom, two bathrooms, and a sunroom. The first floor features a beautiful and modern living area. The sofa area is perfect for relaxing and snuggling up. Integrated into this bright and open living area is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner stove, dishwasher, and oven. One of the bedrooms is located on the first floor and is furnished with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). The guest restroom and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower are also located here. A washer and dryer are available in the utility room. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (2 mattresses, each 0.90 x 2.00 m) and spacious closets. All three bedrooms are equipped with televisions. For the youngest guests, there is a travel crib and a high chair. The upper bathroom features a shower stall with a nautical charm. Almost every detail has been thought of in this house, including free Wi-Fi. The beautiful, sunny terrace and the sunroom face southwest, and the garden is partially fenced. If this house doesn’t offer enough on its own, its fantastic location is an added highlight—you can walk to the beautiful beach in less than 5 minutes. There’s generally nothing standing in the way of a vacation with your pet, as pets are allowed upon request and for an additional fee.
