Vacation Home:

This small bungalow has everything you need to enjoy a few days here. Thanks to its proximity to the rapid transit line and the highway, you can reach Vienna in about 20–30 minutes. On the other hand, the vineyards, the Kellergasse, and bike paths are right on your doorstep. You’re right at the gateway to the Weinviertel region, so there are plenty of options for day trips.


The vacation home consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, a single room with a workspace, a foyer, an entryway, and a sunroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, and, of course, all the necessary dishes, pots, and pans. There is also a breakfast nook that seats 2 to 3 people.

The living room features a pull-out couch (sleeping space for children) and comfortable recliners. The TV has satellite channels. The dining area seats four.

The bedroom features a large double bed (180 x 200). Bedding is provided.

Another room contains a single bed with a dresser and a desk.

The bathroom, which includes a shower and toilet, is stocked with towels, shampoo, and shower gel.

The sunroom features a dining area that seats up to 6 people. There is also a bar counter with bar stools.

A peaceful garden also invites you to relax.



Check-in is from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
