Kitchen and Dining Area
The fully stocked kitchen features dark cabinetry, sleek countertops, and a full suite of stainless-steel appliances. The island seats five and the bar height dining table offers seating for six. Open concept to the living area which is perfect so everyone can stay part of the action.

Living Room
The living room features a large leather sectional, positioned around a sleek fireplace with a mounted flat-screen TV. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame lake views and bring in natural light. The door off the living space leads you out onto the balcony.

Bedroom 1
The first suite features a king-sized bed, nightstands, a mounted flat screen TV and sliding doors that open to the balcony. There is an attached bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and a double vanity sink.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstand, closet, a mounted flat screen TV, access to the balcony, and an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstands, a closet, mounted flat screen TV, and double doors that open to the balcony. There is an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 4/ Theater Room
This versatile room doubles as both a bedroom and a theater space, featuring two queen beds, nightstand, theater-style lighting and a large sectional couch. A massive flat screen anchors the room, creating the perfect setup for both sleeping and an immersive movie experience.

Bathroom 4
The fourth bathroom is a shared bathroom with a single vanity sink and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 5
The fifth bedroom features two full-sized beds, nightstand, and a flat screen TV.

Bar Area
The lower-level bar area is designed for entertaining with full-sized stainless-steel appliances. A large island seats three, paired with a roll up garage-style door with seating for three that opens to the pool area. The space also includes a dining table for four that converts to a poker table as well as a mounted flat screen TV.

Pool
The outdoor oasis includes a private heated saltwater pool, which is set right on the lake and lined with palm trees. Sun loungers and umbrellas surround the pool, offering plenty of spots to relax while taking in the water views. Under the pool area is a wicker seating set with a couch and chairs with ottomans.

**The pool is open from Memorial weekend until Labor day weekend**

Outside spaces
There is an upper and lower deck. The upper deck features a grill, bar height table with seating for two and a conversation set. The lower level is screened in and features a grill, a couch with two plush chairs surrounding a fire pit, and plenty of seating for the whole group all while overlooking the lake and pool area.

Dock
Down at private dock you will have access to two slips and a lily pad.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a
name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $1500 before check-in. By
completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

POOL RULES
● Use the pool at your own risk. No children should be left unattended in the pool area.
● Do not enter the pool in the same clothes that were worn in the lake. This throws off the balance of the pool. If extra chemicals or cleanings are needed for excessive dirtiness, the cost is the guest`s responsibility.
