Located in the heart of Stralsund’s UNESCO World Heritage Old Town, this historically protected apartment building—which was newly renovated in 2020/2021—features 6 vacation apartments. You’ll be right near the Old Market Square and the historic town hall, on a quiet side street.
The vacation apartment is on the first floor and offers approximately 55 square meters of historic old-town charm with a modern touch. Here you’ll find a cozy dining area with a modern kitchenette and restored historic wooden floorboards. The kitchen is fully equipped for a delicious breakfast or dinner: ceramic cooktop, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. You can then enjoy your delicious meal at a dining table that seats 4 people.
Then you can head out to explore the city or relax in the living/sleeping area right next door, where a comfortable, high-quality sleeper sofa (sleeping area 1.70 m × 1.90 m) and an LED flat-screen TV with satellite reception await you. You can also relax in the sleeping area adjacent to the kitchen on a 1.80 m × 2.00 m double bed with high-quality mattresses manufactured in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania that offer the utmost comfort; an LED flat-screen TV is also available here.
