Tropic Isle 605 es un 2 dormitorios y 2 baños condominio frente al golfo situado en el corazón de Gulf Shores. La unidad tiene baldosas a través de salida y televisores de pantalla plana, tanto en salón y dormitorio. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio y hay una reina y 2 gemelos en el segundo dormitorio. La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama haciendo que la unidad dormir un total de 8.

Tropic Isle es una propiedad frente al Golfo .3 millas de la carretera 59 en Gulf Shores. Tiene una zona de la parrilla ubicada en la temporada extendida zona de la piscina frente a la playa.

* POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN: la tarifa de procesamiento de $ 89 nunca es reembolsable. La cancelación, los cambios en las fechas de la estadía o la propiedad dentro de los 30 días de la llegada causan la pérdida del depósito. They layout and view from this condo are great. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and such. The furniture and the bed in the master bedroom need to be replaced. The recliners are taped together where the faux leather has started to come apart. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and sags on one side.

Great location and the condo was neat and tidy. Rented umbrellas on the beach which was a short walk from our condo and Kuddos to Triston who got us all set up. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Perfect place to stay. An elevator ride to the pool and the beach. Amazing views from the balcony. I can't think of anything that could have made it more perfect. And you can rent chairs and umbrellas easily right down on the beach. So many places are walkable if you can pull yourself away from the beach and the views. 5 stars from our family of 6!

Beautiful Condo!

We loved this condo! The complex is small and not overly crowded. The condo was beautifully decorated and the view is amazing! We also loved the location and how it’s walking distance to so many restaurants and stores!

The view was beautiful, the walk to the beach was one of the shortest we have ever had, the property is within walking distance to the hang out, the oyster house, dead center of all the fun stuff.

We loved everything about this property! The unit was immaculate and the view from every window was picture perfect. We had plenty of space for our family of eight. We rented a portable baby crib from BabyQuip and set it up in the master bedroom and still had space to move around comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed and more - including two coffee makers. One had pod capability, one was traditional carafe style (*bring your own coffee filters). The beach was pristine and the pool area was well kept, too. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas which were set up every morning for us. Walmart grocery delivers directly to the condo, saving a trip to the store, if needed. The unit is close to restaurants and shopping. We will book here again!

Clean Condo on a Beautiful Beach

Very pleased with the condo and the building, everything is nice and clean. The beach is perfect. You will have to buy all paper products, garbage bags, and cleaning supplies ... Absolutely nothing is provided to just tidy up during your stay-I was a little surprised at that. Definitely not a game changer though, I would stay here again.

Clean Beach Front Condo

The condo delivered on all fronts. It was clean -- key factor when stepping into a rental. Everything worked as needed -- the water pressure was wonderful and the refrigerator kept our food and drinks at just the right temp. We loved having enough space to spread out a bit, the second bedroom for our son was perfect. We loved the high top Adirondack-style chairs on the balcony -- their height allowed us to see over the railing while seated -- nothing to hamper our view! Well maintained unit with all the amenities we required.

Great condo, clean, quiet, and the king bed was comfy!!! Thank you. Thank you for investing in a good mattress!!! Not sleeping on vacation ruins the week, but we slept great. One suggestion for improvement…door needs a keypad lock. Keeping up with a key was a chore. Got the key?? No, do you??? Where’s the key??? Otherwise, great stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a great vacation during the July 4th holiday. Yeah fireworks! The condo location was convenient to everything. The condo was spacious for all of us and all of our many things. The entire place was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view is breathtaking each morning to wake up and eat breakfast. Extremely quick access to the beach and all the other guest were nice and cordial. We brought plenty of beach towels and swimsuits but it was great having the washer and dryer there to wash everything before we returned home! We can’t wait to return.

Great Place

We always stay down the street but was having building repairs so I found this place. Looks just like the pictures, very cleaned, modern furnishings , beautiful decorated and the best thing…. 2 recliners😉 Three small things would’ve made it perfect for US was the internet is not great and not security! Second you still need a key for the door (which somehow we managed to lose one😡) so use to keyless doors. Third no curtains & just a thin shade in master room which was soooooo hard for us to get to sleep! FYI learned March is spring break for colleges so most restaurants had long waiting times & just more busy! which has nothing to do with this unit. It’s a great, beautiful place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

There are wonderful 6th floor views of the ocean & lagoon from the open balcony & dining area side window. The pool is small, there is no hot tub but there is easy access & a short distance to the beautiful beach. Convenient & walking distance to nearby bars, restaurants & shops. It was a great place to stay! The rental company personnel are nice & very helpful; the only suggestions would be for the unit is to replace the old style key entrance with a secure keypad/code entrance; have a fan for more airflow in the smaller bedroom & possibly replace the leather furniture - it was good & comfortable but a bit cold or sticky because of the covering.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great trip. I liked the smaller number of units at Tropic Isle. It made the beach way less crowded in front which we loved! The only complaint we had was that some of the bedding in the "kids" room was dirty. The "kids" bathroom was also somewhat dirty (hair on the floor). The kitchen floor was sticky. We called Gulf Shores Rentals and they said they'd send someone to remop and gave up new sheets for the bed. They were very quick to respond. One strong suit was that the kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed! The living room furniture was better than some we've stayed at before as well.
