Tropic Isle #701 is an east corner gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 7th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1000 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are two full baths. The street-side master has an en suite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Sleeps 4. Both master and guest bedroom have king beds. This unit has a designated parking space under building labeled 701.

Tropic Isle is an 8 story building with 5 units per floor located 0.3 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Tropic Isle has an outdoor pool and grilling area.

STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

It was clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, a large pantry, and the view from the balcony was spectacular! This was our second time to stay in this very same condo. We knew it was nice and we're very fortunate to get the very same one again this year. We are hoping to be back soon.

Cute condo!! Small building so not very crowded. That was a huge plus! I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone wanting to slow their pace. Bed in second bedroom had a topper and it kept moving! Not comfortable!! Main bedroom bathroom shower was very dark! Overall we enjoyed our say.

For the most part it was a great place. The master bath was lit by the dimmest light bulbs that existed. So it was like walking into a cave. The master bath shower had a bunch of hair in it when we got there. The dishwasher didn’t work and after calling it in we were told that maintenance would be there and they never showed up. The stove had burners that were broke and didn’t work. Balcony furniture was old and cracked. So sitting in it was perilous to say the least. Would have been great to have a table on the balcony as well. But For the most part it was a pleasant overall stay. We liked the pool. We loved the view from the balcony. Being right on the beach was a huge plus. Communication with the management team was fast and responsive. For the most part it was a good place. When dealing with a lot of properties I understand that if tenants don’t report everything then it is hard to know what to fix.

The kitchen was well stocked and when I reported that the electric can opener was missing the cutting part, it was replaced that day. The only negative was the sheets on the master bed. The bottom sheet felt like sandpaper it was so rough. I’m not sure if maybe they were new and hadn’t been washed. Overall our stay was great and beach access was only steps away. The view was awesome! Definitely on my “return to” list.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo and location were very nice. Our main issue upon arrival was the elevator was not working. The on call maintenance guy showed up within an hour and got it back working. He also made sure we got everything to our room before leaving. The shower had some water damage from the faucet but the rental company was very quick to respond and get the issue resolved. Loved the ease of texting and having a response shortly after. Would definitely use this company again in the future.
