This spacious one bedroom has granite countertops and tile floors.

Welcome to The Island On Lake Travis, an elegant condo complex that offers luxurious Lake Travis waterfront accommodations located on a 14-acre island. This gated resort offers condos for rent whether it be long or short term. A very unique aspect about our property is each condo is done to individual owners taste.
The Island on Lake Travis is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing romantic escape, and enjoy wildlife and breathtaking sunset views over the lake.
There are plenty of local attractions to explore to keep you busy if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg, check out one of the 18 hole golf courses nearby, or enjoy a wine tasting at a Flat Creek Winery!
When you rent from Island Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional "guest" spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.
We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).

It was perfect, and just what my husband and I needed after his recent surgery before two more surgeries. Very peaceful, relaxing and beautiful. It’s our second time to stay at the island. The first time was for our anniversary in 2021.

Weekend Getaway

The kids got to feed deer, we got to wake up to a beautiful view, and catch amazing sunset. About 30 min.- An hour away from several cool spots, and the drives around that area are gorgeous. Looking forward to the next opportunity we get to travel back.

Worth it for the view

The view of Lake Travis is spectacular. Condo needs more contemporary furnishings, but is comfortable. Full kitchen is well appointed. Complex is quiet, outdoor pools were clean and inviting.

Wonderful View

This was my second time staying on The Island, and I enjoyed as if it were my first. The only issue we had was that the amount of active spider webs on the balcony made us a little uncomfortable. Other than that, amazing serene getaway.

The overall place was nice. Our condo was nice, but could use some overall updating and a deep clean. The view from the balcony overlooks the pool and lake and was nice. We enjoyed feeding the deer nightly. We enjoyed the beautiful lake- water was so clear. We enjoyed cliff jumping at the property, near the tennis courts.

A Week at The Island on Lake Travis

We stayed for 7 nights in a one bedroom condo overlooking Lake Travis. The condo was lovely and the complex was amazing. The view out the condo window and balcony were spectacular. The amenities were good. The pool outside our condo was nice but needed cleaning and the hot tub was not usable. Our last night there we ate at the restaurant in the complex. After we finally found the restaurant, the food was quite good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
