The "Ankerplatz" vacation rental offers a highly relaxing experience in a central location in the seaport city of Emden! With approximately 128 m² of living space and more than 110 m² of rooftop terrace, you can enjoy an unforgettable vacation with your family and friends. This lovingly furnished vacation rental was built as recently as 2012 and features four sleeping accommodations in the form of two double beds (each with a 180-centimeter sleeping surface).
The highlight of the apartment is the open-concept living/dining area with bright windows and a wraparound rooftop terrace. The high ceilings, cozy wood-burning stove, and state-of-the-art furnishings are sure to delight you. The adjacent rooftop terrace, approximately 110 square meters in size, features a large covered area and numerous seating options—such as a beach chair—making it the perfect spot for a leisurely breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
The spacious hallway provides direct access to all rooms and ensures an optimal floor plan for the apartment. In addition to the rooms already mentioned, the apartment features a bathroom, a small storage room, and a guest restroom.
The apartment’s “wellness area” is located in the spacious bathroom: A double sink, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub with a view of the TV let you relax in the comfort of your own home.

The vacation rental is located on the first floor and sits on a fully fenced property with two covered parking spaces. The building is situated in a tranquil, small, and very quiet commercial area in a central location. A hotel is located in the immediate vicinity.

Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available for free use; a crib and high chair can also be provided upon request. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed!

There are plenty of interesting things to do in the area: for example, Emden’s city center (including the Kunsthalle Emden, museums, and a harbor tour) is about a 10-minute walk away, and shopping is just a 3-minute walk away. Thanks to the short distance to the main train station, you can also easily reach the property by public transportation (bus/train). Additional attractions are located in the neighboring town of Krummhörn.
