This spectacular property has 3 king beds among 17 total beds with smart TVs in every bedroom & both living rooms, & is as central as you can get for 2 single family next door private homes that include ocean views. As such, this property is a rare find and books quick! The property also boasts a large basement that includes a smart TV & game tables such as billiards, foosball, etc.!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1) 310 4th Ave N - the ceiling in the basement that houses game tables such as pool table and foosball is only a little over 6 feet tall, so please watch your head if you're tall! Also, one of the full bathrooms is located in the basement!
2) 307 4th Ave N - Please see attached floor plans within the photos for a better understanding of the layout and room sizes since the layout is a little different than a typical home! In particular, note that 1) you must walk through the second bedroom to get access to the fourth bedroom 2) one of the bathrooms is very small and 3) one of the bedrooms is very small!
