The vacation home spans over 100 m², spread across two floors. In addition to the luxuriously furnished, newly renovated rooms, there is a back porch with a small table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or serving as a smoking area. Under the veranda are three guest bicycles (MTBs) available for free use.

In front of the entrance, you can barbecue and dine while enjoying a view of the market square. A table, chairs, and the Weber charcoal grill (charcoal and grill lighters included) are located in the garage for your free use.

Villa Schmidtheim has recently been renovated to be energy-efficient and is well-insulated. As a result, the indoor climate is very comfortable—cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The rooms are equipped with slim, efficient electric radiators, so there’s no reliance on gas—meaning you don’t have to worry about potential outages.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire building as well as in the outdoor area.

The spacious 40 m² living room features
a cozy electric fireplace with an electrically adjustable recliner,
a dartboard, a foosball table, fitness equipment (Concept2 rowing machine, dumbbells, pull-up bar, exercise mats), volleyball, soccer, and handball stored in a leather ottoman with a storage compartment.

-For a productive day working from home, there’s also a workspace with a monitor (24", HDMI) and an executive chair.
-For toddlers, there’s also a travel crib with a mattress in the closet.
-The ceiling lamp doubles as a ceiling fan that can be operated via remote control.
-Towels and extra bedding, if needed, are stored in the dressers and closets.
