The main floor master bedroom offers a king size bed, a master bath, a walk in closet, a television, and French doors leading to a private deck overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee.

Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms, each with sitting areas, televisions with Sonos audio, and walk in closets. A shared full bathroom is located between the two upstairs bedrooms.

The home includes heat and air conditioning, a backup generator, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, and full cooking supplies and utensils. WiFi and televisions are provided throughout the home.

Entry into the lake for swimming is just steps from the home. The private cove setting offers a peaceful and natural environment, ideal for swimming, relaxing, and enjoying the water.

The maximum occupancy for this home is 10 guests. Parking is available in the driveway and garage areas with space for approximately four to six vehicles depending on configuration.
