3 bedroom ranch-style home plus guest house situated on Lake Winnipesaukee with a nice sandy beach, dock for up to a 26 foot boat and swim raft for lazing on a hot summer day and working on your tan. The main house offers 3 bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 baths, and a screen porch facing the water. There are split A/C units in the living area as well as all 3 bedrooms. The guest house offers a queen bed, kitchenette and 3/4 bath. The guest house has a wall A/C unit. This is the perfect spot for reconnecting with your loved ones while enjoying everything Lake Winnipesaukee has to offer. Enjoy your meals cooked on either the gas or charcoal grill. All grilling must be done on the driveway, not on the deck or near the house or garage. Challenge your mates to a rousing game of horse-shoes or ping pong. Back inside, you can play a game of foosball. Grab the canoe and paddle the shoreline or maybe even catch dinner. Water source to the house is from the lake. Tenants must use bottled water for consumption.

If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $125. Towel packages are $12 per person and include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.
