An LCD TV and a stereo system with a CD player sit on a large wooden dresser, providing entertainment.
The spacious dining area is located by the window.

The sleeping area is accessible separately from the hallway and is equipped with a double bed, a dresser, a small flat-screen TV, and a mirror.
The children’s room has a bunk bed and is accessible from the living area through a door.

The new built-in kitchen (03/2022) is bright and modern and equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher.

The white-tiled bathroom has a shower with a glass door, a mirror cabinet, a heated towel rack, and a toilet.

On the balcony, a small table and two chairs invite you to relax; a parasol is also provided.
A high chair for children is also available free of charge.

During the peak booking season from June through September, continuous bookings are required. If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding inquiry form. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.

Bed linens (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after you’ve completed your booking so we can add these to your bill and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Complex:

The vacation complex consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Inside, you’ll find a variety of vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are easily accessible via elevators.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus closer to your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
- Swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with its adventure pier
- Water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, SUP, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- Athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
- Flying kites and running around on the huge kite field toward the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course
- Let the little ones burn off energy at the various playgrounds in the vacation center and around the inland lake
- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right next to the vacation park

Doctors & REHABILITATION, Sports
The rehabilitation center, located 300 meters away, the local physicians and specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis services (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer an excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.

Parking
There is a large parking lot at the rear of the vacation park. Here, you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any space. In front of the houses, you’ll find a short-term parking area (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
