Following another renovation that included an expanded kitchen, this allergy-friendly, high-quality apartment—designed with an eye for detail—is ready to welcome new guests!

All furniture is made of high-quality solid wood!

All rooms, except the bathroom, feature dark, low-maintenance designer vinyl flooring that’s easy to clean!

The bathroom is equipped with a new toilet and stylish cabinets! Shower included!

Two flat-screen TVs in the living room and the separate master bedroom allow you to relax and unwind in your own way! There’s an additional TV outlet in the separate children’s room!

The kitchen has now been expanded into an L-shape; it now offers more storage space and includes a dishwasher, a Senseo pod coffee maker, and an air fryer for making fries and bake-off rolls! Plus, 2 iPod charging stations for your cell phone.

Please note that the kitchen has been modernized, so the photos are up to date—the 360° tour was created before the renovation!

Of course, all other practical amenities are provided!

The unobstructed scenic view from the elevated dining table by the window is breathtaking, offering a view of the inland lake, the new RV parking area, and the salt marshes with their rare, native bird species, as well as the Galloway cattle and horses that live here!

On the balcony, with its comfortable summer chairs and matching UV-protective umbrella, you can enjoy the morning hours over breakfast, soak up the afternoon sun, or unwind in the evening as the day draws to a close!

All rooms are lovingly furnished with pictures of the Baltic Sea landscape, cozy LED lighting, and a microfiber sofa set!

The living room and children’s room feature screen doors and windows, along with sun-blocking roller shades!

Please understand that pets are not allowed!

During the peak booking season from June through September, continuous bookings are required. If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding inquiry form. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.

Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Complex:

The vacation complex consists of 16 interconnected buildings arranged in a circle.
Within these buildings, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are easily accessible via elevators.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
— swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with its adventure pier
— water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
