Welcome to a bright and modern vacation apartment on the 6th floor with a south-facing balcony.

In the beautiful living room, the cozy couch area with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and radio with CD player, as well as the seating area by the window, can accommodate 4 people.

The invitingly designed sleeping area is furnished with a double bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m (2 mattresses).
The children’s room features a bright bunk bed (0.90 x 2.00 m), which can also be used by toddlers as it is equipped with a safety rail. The top bunk is suitable exclusively for children. A high chair is also provided for the little ones.

The fully equipped and bright built-in kitchen features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, and much more.

The bathroom is brightly designed and features a wall-mounted toilet and a shower stall.

The balcony offers seating and a beautiful view to the south.

A high chair and a bed rail for toddlers are available in the apartment.

The owner also provides two children’s scooters.

During the peak booking season from June through September, continuous bookings are required. If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding inquiry form. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.

Bed linens (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you upon arrival.

Resort:

The resort consists of 16 interconnected buildings arranged in a circle.
Inside, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible via elevators.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus closer to your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
- Swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with an adventure pier
- Water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, SUP, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- Athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
- Flying kites and running around on the huge kite field toward the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course
- Let the little ones burn off energy at the various playgrounds in the vacation center and around the inland lake
- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right next to the vacation park

Doctors & REHABILITATION, Sports
The rehabilitation center, located 300 meters away, the local physicians and specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis services (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer an excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.

Parking
There is a large parking lot at the rear of the vacation park. Here, you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available spot. In front of the houses, you’ll find a short-term parking area (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
