Each side is fully separate and only shares 1 wall - meaning each side has its own private pool, grills, parking, balconies, and living areas! * We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking home.

*Small dogs only. Maximum 2 dogs 25 pounds or less each (no large dogs or other animals)...and they stay for free!

*TVs: Streaming apps but no cable channels.

* Check-in is 4:00p.m., Check-out is 10:00 a.m.

*Music must be kept at a reasonable level to not offend neighbors.

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in.

*Motorcycles, trailers, boats, RVs, and campers are not permitted. Golf carts are allowed.

*Parking for up to 8 vehicles (no additional spots available)

*Washer/dryer in home.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*Coffee maker is a Keurig coffee maker provided in unit.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.



Carolina Palm Policies:

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $89 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $1800 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.



This property has external security cameras.



House Rules

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
