We have parking spaces available for reservation in the buildings lot. The costs are $20 per night. Due to limited spaces, parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot guarantee parking, so please inquire about our availability prior to booking if this is a requirement for you. We can also provide recommendations to other nearby lots upon request! The property is very "Uberable" and is rated with a walking score of 96/100 by "Walk Score".

Please review the following before booking:

• The sofa is not a pullout bed but we provide an air mattress to accommodate extra two guests
• Same-day bookings: If you book within 24 hours of arrival, check-in may be delayed (up to 6 PM) depending on cleaning schedules. Please confirm with us after booking.
• No cable service is available, but the TV supports Roku.
• As the property is located in Downtown San Diego, guests may experience normal city activity including traffic, construction, or seeing members of the local homeless population. While these are outside our control, guest safety and comfort remain our priority.
