Welcome to your cozy Pajaro home base—a comfy spot where you can kick back and feel right at home. We’re located in Watsonville, CA, about 45 minutes from Monterey and just 30 minutes from Santa Cruz, making it a great launchpad for exploring the area! We're the perfect distance from Monterey for Concours de Elegance in Pebble Beach (though we do advise planning with extra travel time for car week.)

Our cozy condo features one bedroom with a Queen‑size bed and a 45" LG Smart TV, so you can easily stream all your favorite shows and movies. The living room is designed for relaxing, offering a mounted 65" Smart TV and a comfortable Twin Sofa Ottoman bed —perfect for an additional guest or a cozy movie night.

Located at the end of Building H near the ground‑level beach access, our condo puts you just steps from the sand. Simply grab the beach chairs conveniently stored in the hallway closet and head out to enjoy the ocean views, listen to the waves, or relax by the fire ring during bonfire season.

You’ll also find a bright, clean bathroom and thoughtful touches like our electric fireplace, ambient heating and a hair dryer to keep things easy and comfortable year‑round. Whether you’re winding down after a day of adventures or enjoying a quiet night in, this charming little condo is a great place to relax, recharge, and make yourself at home.
