Beautiful location and gorgeous views. Beach access right outside. Property could use some basic maintenance including screen doors that don’t slide without falling out and a stove burner that doesn’t work. Decently stocked kitchen. Sheets are very old but towels were good. Both showers are set VERY high. When you step out you could easily fall. There are bars to hold onto but a warning sign would help.

Loved it, but could use some supplies.

Great property. Good supply towels and bedding. Beds comfortable and couches. Nicely styled. It would have been nice to have a sponge or dishcloth for cleaning up dishes. Kitchen paper products like foil, plastic wrap and Ziploc bags. More lighting in the second bedroom for getting ready and darkening curtains in the bedrooms.

Nice place, but needs some work

Beautiful view but the condo really needs some work. The bedrooms do not have adequate lighting (very dark), the fireplace did not work and the master bathroom shower door was broken. Definitely, a beautiful spot, but for the price of the condo, it really needs some maintenance work done.

4th of July trip

We enjoyed the condo at Pajaro dunes because of its location. The view is fantastic! The 2nd bedroom was great because my whole family fit comfortably. We had all of the basics that we needed for the trip. It was nice that there was a washer and dryer to use. We had a toddler and wished that the carpet would have been updated. The sliding doors are also ready to be replaced and a larger tv would have been nice. The place had the bare bones necessary for a nice stay. We took day trips to the surrounding communities and enjoyed the beach at Pajaro Dunes.

The beach house

When you first arrive to the property or amazed after a few hours in the Home you start seeing the flaws Sign out front door says please takeoff shoes however when you get inside there is a carpet strips sticking up like a razor / interior has musty smell until you open windows for a few hours bedding doesn’t seem to be washed crossing fingers it was / went to front office to let them know stove left side front and rear did not work some of the chairs had stains Holes in some of the curtains Master bath shower was plugged up some kind of black sand was coming up dirty water around your ankles While showering Overall a place to lay your head beautiful view out of window the beach is the best part

We do have to close the condo up tight after each stay & cleaning, and you’re right that there can be a scent trapped inside from the moisture of the salt air. Airing it out was the best choice. We don’t like to use heavy air fresheners that may bother sensitive folks. Yes, all laundry is washed. I’m so sorry that the prior guest left sand in the shower – that is a constant reminder we try to give our guests. The stove was repaired, though we understood your preference to wait for your departure. We’re also addressing the carpet strip. Our team is here 7 days a week 9-5, and always happy to help with any issue at all that arises. Please always feel free to call us the moment you notice anything and we’ll come right over. Thanks so much for your review.

There were some issues with the property. The things that didn't work or were slipshod were very noticeable and a distraction. On the positive side it has a wonderful view and is located exactly as we like. We found the bed and the bedding to be very comfortable and had a very enjoyable long weekend. We had some wonderful restaurant experiences - notably-Haute Enchilada; Wooden Nickel; Manuel's. We also enjoyed frozen soups from Phil's in Moss Landing. The lines are too long to justify eating there, but Phil's soup at home for supper is ideal. We also enjoyed some quick birthday gift shopping at the nursery near Corralitos and we always visit Corralitos Sausage Market.

The good and the bad

View and location was excellent. The condition of the condo was not good. Grill needed new ignitor, sliding door to patio did not work, curtains in master did not work, stove top burner needed changing, etc. For the money we paid in various fees, like cleaning fee, owner fee, etc., one would think the condition of the condo would be better. This condo needs a lot of work!
