Our farm is located near the forest, on the southern edge of town, with a magnificent view of the Chiemgau Alps. The nearby Eggstätt-Hemhofer Seenplatte nature reserve is perfect for hiking, swimming, and biking. Lake Chiemsee is about 10 km away. In 5 minutes by car, you can reach the famous Chiemgau Thermen Bad Endorf as well as the town center and the train station in Bad Endorf. At the Waldwinkel Inn with its butcher shop (about 80 meters away), you can treat yourself to their specialties. The 18-hole golf course is a 3-km drive away. The Nussbaum apartment, lovingly renovated in 2021, is located on the first floor of our house. The living-sleeping area features a double bed with BS mattresses, a closet, a cozy dining nook, blackout curtains, satellite TV, and a CD player. A well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment is also located in the living-bedroom. You can enjoy the sun on the spacious south-facing balcony with mountain and panoramic views. The bathroom, which has a window, is equipped with a shower, toilet, towel warmer, makeup mirror, and hair dryer.
