The vacation apartment was renovated in 2019 and is the perfect place to unwind and relax. The detached vacation home is situated at an elevation of approximately 1,000 meters and serves as the ideal starting point for many wonderful activities.<br><br>The attic apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (180x200 cm) and 2 single beds. An extra bed (80x200xm) is available for the fifth person. The comfortable living/dining room is equipped with a TV, DVD player, and a cozy sofa.<br>You’ll also find everything you need for your vacation in the fully equipped kitchen, which features a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and toaster.<br><br>The bathroom has a toilet and a shower. A hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror are provided.<br>Outside the apartment, on the half-floor, there is an additional toilet available for your use.<br><br>Up to 3 dogs or 3 pets are welcome in the apartment.<br><br>Enjoy your summer vacation on the patio. <br><br>This is a smoke-free accommodation.<br><br>The district of Falkau is part of the municipality of Feldberg. Hiking trails, bike paths, and a cross-country ski trail are 100 m from the house.
