The space
The Coastal Carriage is a private 1-bedroom, 1-bath carriage unit designed for comfort and convenience. The bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed, large closet, a TV with streaming capabilities, and easy access to the full, spa-like bathroom with wellness minded bath products. The living room offers a cozy seating area with a pullout sofa bed and a second TV for relaxing after a day exploring Bluffton.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee and tea station, snacks and everything needed for preparing meals at home. A designated dining area can also double as a workspace. Guests also have access to a laundry room located downstairs for added convenience during longer stays.

Thoughtfully arranged and inviting, the space is perfect for a relaxing Bluffton getaway.

Guest access
Guests will have full private access to The Coastal Carriage, including the entire 1-bedroom, 1-bath carriage unit located above the garage. The space includes a fully equipped kitchen, living room with pullout sofa bed and designated dining/work area. Guests also have access to the laundry room located downstairs.

The carriage unit has its own private entrance, allowing guests to come and go comfortably during their stay.

Other things to note
The Coastal Carriage is a private carriage unit located above a detached garage behind the main home. The garage and backyard area are reserved for use by the front house only.

Guests access the carriage unit via a private entrance and staircase. Please note that stairs are required to enter the space.

The home is located in Bluffton Park, a friendly residential neighborhood within walking distance of a local park, splash pad, and playground, and just a short drive to Old Town Bluffton’s shops and eateries. The beaches and world-class golf of Hilton Head Island are also about a 20-minute drive away.

For your comfort, the home includes a small, quiet air purifier. In the entryway, you’ll find a basket with outdoor essentials such as sun protection and insect repellent to help you enjoy everything the Lowcountry has to offer. The kitchen also features a coffee and tea bar, along with a few light snacks as a small welcome treat to help you settle in after your travels.
