Apartment has its own entrance with lockable gate giving extra security (not that its needed) and privacy. Owners very friendly and easy to deal with and Karen who lives on site is on hand to help if any issues arise. Highly recommended...and will definitely stay again....

Pros: We have been to Puerto del Carmen nearly every year for the past 5 and stayed at Las Palmeras 3 on a few occassions, we have always found it very clean and comfortable with all the 'mod-cons'. It's superbly located far enough away to be peaceful, but close enough to walk to everywhere. The collection of balconies means you get the sun all day, wonderful!

Pros: We have just had a 10 day stay in this fantastic apartment. By far the best apartment we have stayed in. The three balconies were a real bonus sun or shade whenever you want it. Karen was so friendly and helpful. Most of all we loved the peace and quiet of the location yet near enough to walk to everything. Stella was very helpful with all the booking arrangements of which we were grateful. We will definately stay here again.

Pros: Just perfect! Spent a fantastic week in apt 6 and it was a real home from home. Bright and airy but also nice and cool inside during the day. Very quiet at night - just the spot for a week of total rest and relaxation. Owners provided great information and Karen was always around to answer any questions. We hope to return very soon.

Pros: Had a wonderful holiday while staying here. The apartment in our opinion is the best on complex, three balconies, one with sunbeds so you can sunbathe in privacy. The apartment is well equipped with everything you might need. Stella was friendly, helpful, and flexible with arrival/departure dates & times as was Karen who manages the complex. Pros: Just spent our seventh Christmas/New Year at No 6 and had yet another fantastic stay, enjoying all the new improvements made. The walk-in shower is excellent and the new oven and TV. It is in all a home from home and even though on holiday some nights we didn't venture out. The location is excellent, quiet and peaceful with lots of time to relax on any of the 3 balconies in the lovely sunshine. Can't wait to spent my first three months of retirement there!!

Pros: My wife and I stayed in Apartment 6 in October this year (left the kids at home!) and it was just what we needed. Clean, comfortable and well situated to enjoy the numerous bars and restaurants a few minutes walk away. The owners and on-site housekeeper very helpful. Airport was up to the job, plentiful taxis to take you the ten minutes to the apartment. We will go back!

Pros: This apartment came highly recommended by family and we found it to be true. Well located for the beach (5mins walk) and numerous restaurants and supermarkets, yet peaceful and relaxing. We were met by Karen ( who lives on site ) who made us feel welcome.The apartment is airy ,clean , well maintained and has 3 balconies which is great for sun worshippers ! The owners sent out a detailed information pack prior to the holiday which proved very useful.

Pros: We have just had a week at Apartment No: 6 and it made our holiday. The apartment is quiet, comfortable, clean and everything you would want, including privacy. The 3 terraces are a bonus, shade or sun, whatever your heart desires. Lovely pool and as the complex is small, most of the time we were the only ones in it. Very close to all amenities, beach etc. Supermarket 2 minutes walk. We loved it so much that we are booking for next year. We have booked several apartments over the years and this one is by far the best, what more can I say!

Pros: Fantastic apartment a real home from home with everything you needed, The balconies were real sun traps, nice to have two ,and follow the sun around. The complex was full when we were there but quiet,and when ever we used the pool it was just like having your own private one, The apartments , garden and pool areas were very clean and Karen was always willing to help and give information on the resort,the bottled water was great to have on hand. Short walk to shops and beach. So relaxing...loved it...

Pros: We stayed in No 6 in Mar 2009 and found it to be one of the most comfortable apartments we have rented. The standard of furnishings is very high with comfortable settees, beds and a well equipped kitchen. We found that having a choice of balconies and also the privacy and security afforded by the separate gated entry gives it an added advantage. There is a good range of shops close by and a supermarket which sells fresh bread every day. We will definitely be back in 2010.

Pros: Las Palmeras 3 is a wonderful apartment, very well equipped and with a fantastic choice of 3 balconies to catch the sun no matter what time of day and plenty of outdoor furniture. The pool area is well kept and the pool is a good size. Plenty of supermarkets close by and only a short walk to the main promenade full of lovely restaurants, bars, shops and of course the beach. I would love to return to this apartment at sometime in the future and would highly recommend it to you. The owners are also very helpful and friendly and available to answer any questions you might have.

Pros: Just returned from a fab week in Lanzarote. Apartment just as described, very clean and lights had been left on to welcome us which was a nice touch as we arrived after dark. Nice little welcome pack too. All you could ask for, well kitted out, felt very secure and in a good location. Easy to park the hire car outside most nights, but we were also surprised how quiet it was, allowing us to get a good nights sleep. Bonus of two terraces for sitting in the sun and the pool if you wanted it. Would highly recommend, excellent value, and could well be making a return visit sometime soon.

Pros: We stayed at number 6 in June this year with our 2 boys aged 13 and 11, we had a fabulous time, Karen was there to meet us and couldn't be more helpful. Stella the owner was so accommodating as we wanted to stay an extra day which wasn't a problem. The apartment is so close to everything and only a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport so no need for a car either. We had the pool to ourselves and when not at the pool there is a choice of balconies! The apartment was clean, comfy and even had a choice of DVDs to watch after a busy day at the beach. We will definitely be returning, thanks Stella and Karen for making our stay so lovely :0)

Pros: We've just come back after our best week's holiday yet in Puerto del Carmen. The accommodation was at Las Palmeras 3, a lovely small complex with everything you could possibly need for a great holiday, and the lovely manager, Karen, couldn't have been more helpful. Well placed for shops, bars, restaurants and beaches, but in a really quiet and peaceful area, the best place we have stayed in Lanzarote. Definitely third time lucky. Number 6 is a great apartment with good sized, comfortable rooms, 2 private balconies and a terrace so there's always somewhere to sunbathe or escape the sun and read, any time of the day. A home from home that we definitely want to return to again.
