Great property, clean and well equipped. We arrived late in the evening, but the check in process was very straight forward. Lovely views of both the pool and sea. Pool area is gated so ideal for young ones playing.About a 5 minutes walk to bars and restaurants and the beach. A fab find, thank you very much.

Just back from a stay here, the apartment was beautiful, clean, in a fantastic area and had amazing views! The only issue was the steps at the property but the location and views made up for this.

Perfect stay

Excellent apartment. Very clean and well equipped.Plenty of towels supplied, and change of bed linen provided for a 2 week stay. Excellent communication from Michela the owner. Who even allowed us a much earlier check in than normal, which was very much appreciated.Apartment is situated minutes from 'the strip' with all that it offers.Complex pool was very nice, plenty of sunbeds provided and very few people there.

A nice place to stay

A tidy little apartment in a lovely well maintained complex with a great pool and sun loungers. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable and the whole complex seemed well secure as it was key entry only. A large Spar supermarket next door took care of our culinary needs.The host is definitely worthy of mention as she was super responsive when needed and her language skills are impeccable. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Lovely little Apartment

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is newly refurbished with everything you need. Great local minutes walk to the strip and a spar right next door. Lovely views out to the sea. The balcony gets the all day through to around 4.30. We even had Parrots landing on the balcony. The pool area was really nice and we never had a problem getting a Sunbed. The only thing lacking is air. There is a fan but it quite noisy. We would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous little apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this delightful property which was just perfect for the two of us. The apartment is spotlessly clean and modern and had everything we needed - including smart tv and washing machine. The reclining deck chairs on the sunny balcony were perfect to enjoy views over the large pool to the sea beyond! Check out Bar La Caña just down the street for some of the best tapas in town! We would return in a heart beat. Thank you!

A little Gem

We stayed here for a week and loved every minute. Very clean accommodation with everything that we needed for our stay. Lovely bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and very comfy bed. The host Michela is extremely helpful and always replies to messages promptly and Jessica, who met us at the apartment was very welcoming. There are some previous comments about the availability of sunbeds by the pool however, this has now been resolved as several new ones arrived while we were there. One piece of advice that we would give is to bring a flat cushion or buy a lilo to use on the plastic sun beds as they are quite uncomfortable otherwise (if you don't have room in your suitcase for these, you can easily buy them in the shops along the seafront for a very cheap price). Thank you Michela for a lovely stay. We will definitely be back and will be recommending you to our friends and family :0)

PUER-FECTO DEL CARMEN!

Everything was perfect! 1. Booking the apartment was quick and easy with good communication..was given phone numbers to call or message Ivan once we landed. He promptly responded telling us where to meet him with picture of the apartments to show the taxi driver where to go. 2.Taxi from the airport was 8-10 minutes (16-17 Euros). 3. We messaged Ivan to say we'd arrived and he came to meet us and showed us to the apartment. It was perfect! (kitchen and living area with settee bed leading out onto the balcony with nice view of the pool and the ocean in the background, and a double bedroom and toilet/shower room either side of the kitchen). 4. The Apartment is perfectly situated just a few minutes walk to the main strip/promenade with Los Pocillos beach a 10-15 minute walk to the left (our boy loved the waves here) ...and Playa Grande beach 5-10 minutes to the right (not many waves here but the pedalos are fun!). And finally, not forgetting the bars, restaurants, shops and arcades all the way along the strip with the lights and live music at night making it a fun place to be. It was Puer-fecto Del Carmen! Thank you Michela for letting us stay at your apartment...our holiday was just perfect!

Lovely Apartment with spectacular views

My husband and I stayed in this apartment over Christmas 2019. We had lovely weather and the sun shone on the balcony until around 3pm each day. Communication with the owner & manager in resort was excellent and any problems swiftly ironed out. The apartment had most things you required except there was very few plug sockets & none in the bedroom so we were unable to plug in mossie machines & consequently got bitten many times. Winter is not a time for mozzies but they follow me! I get bitten at home so its essential for me when I go away winter or summer to protect myself. A couple of fans would have been useful too as the sun shone into the apartment from early morning until mid-afternoon. The biggest problem for us (me actually) was all the steps up to the apartment. The apartment information says it is on the 1st floor – but, what it doesn't tell you is, that there are 28 steep steps up into the hillside to the 'level' where the entrance to the apartment is then another 16 steps up to the apartment. I have chronic arthritis in my knees and hips and found the steps quite difficult. I had to lean on the flower bed walls going up & down all the steps as there were no handrails making the journey doubly difficult. We have visited the Atalaya complex a few times and had 1st floor apartments but never to the part on the complex this apartment is situated. In retrospect I should have double checked how many steps with the owner but didn't but just want to make any other visitor aware of them especially if you have a mobility issue or small children - getting a pushchair up and down would be just as problematic. Luckily my husband was able to negotiate the steps with our cases albeit hard work - but had I been with another female friend we would have struggled big time. There was another exit on the ‘level’ along from the apartment but none of the keys we were given unlocked the gates. Having keys for these gates and negotiating the few steps to outside the complex would have been a God send. On the plus side the views from the apartment are spectacular and colourful and if steps weren't a problem for me I would definitely booth the apartment again.
