The apartment is located in town yet right by the sea: the beach and the water are just 250 m away, and restaurants are only 50 m away. Shopping options are 300 m away, public transportation is 200 m away, and the train station is 550 m away. Thanks to this central location, a car isn’t necessary; however, a free private parking space (1 spot) is available for your use.<br><br>The apartment features a total of 2 rooms, including 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a living room with a sofa area. From the balcony, furnished with patio furniture, you can enjoy a view of the sea—ideal for a peaceful start to the day or relaxing evenings. An elevator provides convenient access to the apartment. As a non-smoking property, the WolkenLoft apartment offers a pleasant atmosphere; privacy screens on all windows ensure your privacy.<br><br>For self-catering, there is a kitchen open to the living room. It is equipped with a glass-ceramic stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and a Nespresso espresso machine. Kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware are provided, as are a dining table and a coat rack. Wi-Fi and a total of 2 TVs with cable connections ensure comfort and entertainment.<br><br>The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, hot water, and a hair dryer.
