Decorated in a modern Frisian style, this apartment is one-of-a-kind with its elaborate custom woodwork and hand-painted Sylt motifs.
From the entryway with a coat closet, you can access the living room (with access to the balcony), the double bedroom, and the new shower room/restroom with a hair dryer.
The living area features a particularly high-quality seating set from Bielefelder Werkstätten (a two-seater couch and an armchair with a footstool), a dining area, and a beautiful kitchen that opens onto the living room.
The living room also features a good-quality, new double fold-out bed (single mattresses measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m) for two people as an additional sleeping option.
In terms of technology, a large flat-screen cable TV, a hi-fi system, a DVD player, and free Wi-Fi leave virtually nothing to be desired.
The kitchen features a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, a 4-burner induction cooktop with an oven, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment.
A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are part of the standard equipment.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed featuring two single mattresses (0.90 x 2.00 m) for a comfortable night’s sleep.
The 5th floor can be reached quickly via the building’s two double elevators; the top floor is accessible only by foot.

The two double elevators in the building will take you quickly to the 5th floor; the top floor can be reached on foot via the stairwell.
