The 3-room vacation apartment (approx. 76 square meters) spans the 1st and 2nd floors. On the 1st floor, you’ll find a spacious living/dining area with access to the west-facing balcony. The fully equipped, open-concept kitchen (ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, etc.) with a dining area for up to 4 people, a beautiful bedroom with a cozy double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet are also located on this level. A staircase leads to the second floor, where you’ll find the second bedroom (TV, closet, armchair) with a unique bunk bed for two people. From here, you have direct access to the modern bathroom with a tub and toilet (including a washer and dryer). A parking space is available next to the house. Please note that this vacation rental is a non-smoking property. Pets are not permitted in this vacation rental.

Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, llegada, comunicación, ubicación y precisión del anuncio
Die Wohnung war sehr schön, modern geschmackvoll eingerichtet und für 4 Personen geeignet. Im OG allerdings ist das Bett unter dem Spitzdach und für große Leute etwas eng. Wir waren damit zufrieden. Vielleicht ist die Wohnung nicht unbedingt für Reisende mit einer Gehbehinderung geeignet, da sie im 1. Stock liegt und es zum 2. Zimmer mit eigenem Bad eine Treppe hoch geht. Eine Wärmepumpe spendet ein angenehmes Raumklima, dass sich über Regler variieren lässt. Auch gibt es eine Fussbodenheizung? Zumindest war der Boden warm. Die hochwertige Küche war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. In den großzügigen Badezimmern gab es genügend Handtücher. Je Zimmer gibt es einen Fernseher. Der Check in und das Auschecken waren sehr einfach. Das Büro befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs. Eine nette Geste waren die Willkommenspräsente, Kerze, Süßigkeit, ein Sekt und eine Flasche Wasser. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, ca. 1km zur Fußgängerzone, bzw. Bahnhof und 300 m bis zum Strand wie beschrieben. In der Nähe befindet sich ein italienisches Restaurant. Ansonsten eine reine Wohngegend, sehr ruhig. Uns hat alles rundherum sehr gefallen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Mit den zwei Bereichen im 1. OG und 2. OG hat das prima gepasst, da wir zu dritt waren. So waren wir zusammen und doch hatte jeder (Paar u. eine Einzelperson) seinen Rückzugsort mit eigenem Bad. Der Strandzugang, Bushaltestelle und Bäcker waren in der Nähe.
