Welcome to Stadtvilla Silendi. Our little gem is located right in the heart of the city, yet in a quiet spot on Bomhoffstraße, a small side street off the pedestrian zone.
Just around the corner is the famous “Brandenburger Strand,” where world-class surfers gather several times a year. And in the other direction, it’s just a 5-minute walk to the heart of Westerland, where you can enjoy delicious meals, shop, or relax in the pedestrian zones. Westerland train station is a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest bus stop (toward Wenningstedt-Kampen-List) is just around the corner on Norderstraße. A bakery and a grocery store are within a 5-minute walk.

Your “Backbord” apartment spans the entire first floor and features two bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people, with two adjoining bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The living and kitchen area is located between the two bedrooms, making this apartment ideal not only for families but also for two couples—you can easily give each other some space. The apartment includes an outdoor sofa and a dining area. Your private parking space is located on the property and is free of charge.
A charging station is available for electric vehicles for a fee.

When furnishing Backbord, special emphasis was placed on tasteful and comfortable furniture; each bedroom has a large box-spring bed, and the whole family can relax on the sofa arrangement in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, various coffee makers, and—most notably—a beautiful, large French oak table, making it the perfect space for cooking, eating, playing, and socializing.
The basement has a washer and dryer; their use is included in the rent. There’s also a Weber grill, which is shared by all three apartments in the house.
You’ll find three TVs, a radio, board games, and free Wi-Fi. Through our Wi-Fi, you can read over 800 daily newspapers and magazines for free on your device.
