BEDROOMS
This spacious two-story townhome features 2 private bedrooms. Both bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms, creating a perfect setup for couples, families, or friends traveling together.

Bedroom 1 – The primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Thoughtfully designed, this space invites you to unwind after a day of exploring.

Bedroom 2 – The second bedroom is equally inviting, featuring two twin beds and its own en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience.

BATHROOMS
You’ll find 2.5 clean and fully stocked bathrooms in the home. Each bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom, plus there is a half bathroom on the main floor for added convenience. All bathrooms feature bright lighting, large mirrors, and are stocked with essentials to ensure a comfortable stay.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with modern appliances and everything you need for a true home-away-from-home experience.

The open living area offers plenty of space to relax and gather, with a comfortable lounge that’s perfect for unwinding, planning your day, or enjoying time together. A projector with streaming is available to use in the living room, please note that on sunny days, it can occasionally be difficult to see the images on the screen. Whether you`re in town for adventure or relaxation, this space is designed to make you feel right at home.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Step outside to enjoy the front patio seating area, perfect for slow mornings with coffee or relaxing evenings in the fresh Colorado air.

This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Interstate 70. There is a grocery store 5 min away and many restaurants in the surrounding area.

•We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $150 pet fee. We do not allow cats. We do not allow pets on the furniture.

•Parking on the street is free and plentiful. This is a safe and quiet neighborhood.

•A fair amount of stairs are required to both enter home and to access floor with bedrooms (34 to be exact)

•We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking with all necessary details for your stay, along with our favorite local recommendations for restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and more.

•This home is located in a residential neighborhood. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we`re happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed.

•Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside and will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover mitigation costs.

•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.

•Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

•Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge.

•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed.

✔️Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

✔️Please ensure you don`t leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.

✔️We welcome up two to pets. If you brought a pet, please be sure to add them to your reservation and clean up after them. No dogs on beds or sofa
