The apartment is generously spread over two floors. The lower floor features the master bedroom, the children’s bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, you’ll find a spacious living area with an open-concept kitchen and a guest restroom, as well as a south-facing balcony and a southwest-facing terrace.

You’ll feel completely at home in these bright, family-friendly rooms! Underfloor heating in all rooms, radiators on the walls, modern furnishings, and free Wi-Fi ensure additional comfort.

The two separate bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and two single beds, respectively. One of the single beds can be pulled out to form a double bed. The sofa in the living area provides sleeping space for a fifth person.

The modern built-in kitchen—featuring an induction stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster, among other appliances—ensures a convenient self-catering experience. Family dinner parties can continue right at the beautiful, large dining table.

The cozy living room invites you to relax: Here you’ll find a modern sofa arrangement with a TV for social evenings. It gets especially cozy when you light the gas fireplace in the living room.

Two beautiful outdoor areas are the highlight of the “Deichrausch” vacation rental on Juist! You can spend wonderful, sunny hours on both the south-facing balcony and the southwest-facing terrace, which opens onto a green space. Comfortable rattan furniture invites you to relax with a good book or sit together in the evening with a glass of wine. From the south-facing balcony, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view over the dike toward the Wadden Sea.

The modern, naturally lit bathroom with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower, along with the additional guest restroom, provides convenient options for groups of guests.

A washer and dryer are available in the vacation rental and are welcome for your use.

The apartment features wood-look and wood-textured tile flooring in the living and sleeping areas, as well as granite tiles in the bathroom, making it suitable for people with allergies. Please understand that for this reason, pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited.
