The 60 m² vacation rental on “Juist” is located on the first floor and features two separate bedrooms, a large living room with an open-concept kitchen, a small storage room, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a sunny balcony. Light colors and plenty of natural light give the apartment a very welcoming atmosphere. On cooler days, underfloor heating ensures cozy warmth throughout the rooms.

You can relax to your heart’s content in the cozy living room, which is furnished with a sofa corner and a Smart TV, among other amenities. Free Wi-Fi is available for browsing on your smartphone.

For convenient self-catering, there’s a modern kitchenette on the other side of the living room—complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as a kettle, toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine (fully automatic with capsules). The apartment also features a dining table for shared meals.

Enjoy the warming rays of the sun and the fresh North Sea air on Juist: On the nicely furnished and wind-protected balcony of our “SIERRA” vacation rental, you’re guaranteed wonderful hours of relaxation! It’s the perfect spot to read an exciting book in peace, unwind, or enjoy the evening with a good glass of wine.

The two separate bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and two single beds, respectively. Both bedrooms also feature a TV. Blackout curtains are available to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The vacation rental on Juist is wheelchair-accessible (featuring, among other things, a walk-in shower and an elevator in the building).

General Information:
A high chair and a crib are included as standard amenities.
A washer and dryer are available in the vacation rental for your laundry needs. Items such as an ironing board, iron, and clothes rack are also available for shared use. Dishwasher tablets, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided. There is a separate storage area for bicycles. The apartment faces south (toward the mudflats). Pets are not allowed; we appreciate your understanding.

Enjoy wonderful vacation days in beautiful Töwerland! Our “Haus Talita” is situated in a very beautiful location at the upper edge of the dunes. The sandy beach is right nearby, so after your vacation breakfast, you can head straight out for a sunny day at the beach or a stroll along the shore.

In just a few minutes, you can also reach the town center, which invites you to stroll among its small shops, cafés, and restaurants.
Or how about a wellness day in 30° seawater? The seawater adventure pool with whirlpools, a sun deck, a solarium, and much more is also just a few minutes away from the house.
