A bright living room, a kitchen integrated into the living area, a separate bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), a modern bathroom with a shower, and a beautiful balcony provide plenty of space to relax., Whether it’s movie nights in the cozy living room with a sofa area and modern TV or relaxing reading sessions on the balcony—here, you can unwind to your heart’s content!

For convenient self-catering, the apartment’s kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a two-burner stove, a microwave, a small oven, and a dishwasher. Many restaurants and bistros in the nearby center of Binz and along the promenade will also treat you to exquisite Baltic Sea cuisine! Often even on sunny terraces with ocean views...

For our younger guests, there’s a small, freely accessible children’s playground in the residential park.

Please note that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property. The apartment is located in Building 5 of the residential complex.

A wonderfully relaxing vacation awaits you at the “Wohnpark Stadt Hamburg” on Rügen! The complex is situated on the sunny Klünderberg (more of a hill with a 12% incline) and offers a picturesque view of “Schmachter See.”

The residential complex in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz is very well-maintained and spacious. It’s located in the heart of Binz yet in a beautiful, quiet setting, as no through roads disturb the peaceful vacation atmosphere.

A ten-minute walk takes you to the shopping and promenade area. From the residential complex, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the promenade or a 5-minute bike ride. Spending a sunny day at the beach, getting active, or sipping a cool cocktail at one of the beach bars offers the ultimate vacation experience!

The location of the “Wohnpark Stadt Hamburg” is ideal for beach and nature lovers as well as active vacationers. The Granitz forests with their hiking trails, the “RASENDER ROLAND” stop, and the tennis courts are all in the immediate vicinity. For our younger guests, there’s a small, freely accessible playground right here in the Wohnpark.
