House Rules:

We have these house rules in place to ensure a pleasant and high quality stay for all our guests. Please review carefully before booking:

🕒 Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM

🔇 Quiet Hours 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. This is a quiet and family friendly neighborhood. In adherence to the city noise ordinance, please keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm. Any noise complaints from neighbors could lead to a cancellation without refund.

🚭 No Smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the property including the entrance and backyard. A fee of $1000 applies if violated.

👟Please no shoes inside the house.

🐾 We do love our furry friends but we do not allow pets inside the house due to allergy concerns.

🎉 Parties and events are not allowed. A fee of $1000 applies if violated.

👥 No extra/overnight guests than what is specified in the reservation.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and enforce fines if the house rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules.

Parking:
There is no parking available at the house. Please do not park in front of the house, you could get ticketed. There are metered parking spaces nearby, please read the signs carefully before your park. For long term parking, please check the SpotHero or ParkMobile website/app.

Property Disclosures:
We have two actively recording cameras outside the front and backyard entrance which records video and audio upon live motion in the area. There is also a smart home device in the unit which actively records noise decibel levels. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the unit and do not point inside the house to protect your privacy. There are no indoor cameras. Devices are on 24/7.

My gardener may access the backyard on weekends to mow and clean. His work typically takes about 15 minutes, and he will not require entry into the house.

Living Room: Couch, TV.

Please note that you need to take the stairs to access bedrooms 2, 3 and the loft.
