Each bedroom has a Queen Bed. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. This home is suited for guests seeking a relaxing beach experience. Events and parties not permitted. No smoking.

Parking: Each unit has its own assigned parking. Please confirm your vehicle is parked in the spaces assigned to your unit.

Pets: This unit is pet friendly, but there is a $30 pet fee per night. We kindly ask that your pet is kept secure when you are away from the home, is on a leash when outside the home, and that you clean up after them. 1 pet maximum.

Refunds: We highly recommend trip insurance. We do not give refunds due to illness or weather.
