3-bedroom beach cottage with a back deck and outside shower. We have a highchair and pack n play available! Bikes are available to go to beach or choose from several restaurants within walking distance. We also have a full kitchen to cook in and a dining room to sit 6 people comfortably. Beach chairs and umbrellas in back shed for your use along with beach towels in trunk by the couch. You will also find beach towels in the living room table; it opens like a trunk!

We were in town for the airshow and the house was a great place to stay. It’s an easy walk to restaurants (particularly coffee and breakfast), has easy parking and was spotlessly clean. Recommended.

My family and I really enjoyed the property! We have rented beach properties before and most fell short of what was promised inmthe adverisement, Im happy to say that this property continued to surprise us and make us feel comfortable and at home. Every kitchen tool, pot or pan was available. The host did a great job of prepping the property and answering any questions. I highly recommend this property!!

It was as described. We are a family of 6 and the property had enough space for all of us. Walking distance to the beach was a nice 10 minute walk. The kitchen is well equipped and they had little details like soaps and lil shampoos for all the guests.

This was a great place for our family. Just a few blocks to the beach, close enough that we rarely needed our car. The house was clean, easy parking and coffee shops right nearby. Penny was very responsive to our questions. It was a lovely cottage and just what we needed for a 5 day getaway.

This is an old cottage. Cute, but could use a little sprucing up. The bikes should be replaced and the beach chairs should be replaced.

This is our second girl's trip staying here, and we love the house and the location to the beach and coffee shops. It's been a wonderful experience both times!

The home had so many great features, including the outdoor shower, a fully stocked kitchen, and fun family games to enjoy in the evenings. The neighborhood had a great vibe with plenty of walkable options, yet the house still felt quaint and tucked away from the hustle and bustle. We loved every part of our stay!

As described. Awesome location, we used a couple of the bikes. Beach chairs and umbrella were a huge bonus. Owner was very responsive when we were missing a bedsheet and dishwasher soap, we got those items quickly. Enjoyed using the outdoor shower after beach time in the private back patio area. Would stay here again for sure!

Best vacation in a long time

Had an amazing time. The house was great and well within walking distance of the beach which was amazing because parking was 100 a day if you could find a spot. Loved it highly recommended

Decent place to stay

Property needs some love. Front screen door didn’t close correctly since day 1. Slow water draining throughout the week. Bottom bunk of bunkbed was missing support feet were missing however were found in a drawer. Owner/management company offered to come fix it however we had denied as we placed the supports where they belong however bed was still spongy. We had put the lightest guest in this bed in order to not create further damage and utilized the couch for sleeping. Throughout the week we experienced an influx of water bugs (owner states they will have the property sprayed. Great proximity to the beach/shopping. Great communication and Managment went out of their way to try to right all issues. Overall decent stay for a decent price.

Perfect getaway

We picked this location after getting tickets for an event at the Dome, which is in easy walking distance. But it has exceeded my expectations. The living area is spacious, and the kitchen is updated and easy to work in. There are a variety of bed choices, and we had plenty of space for 4 adult women over the weekend and 2 for the rest of the week. Centered in the vibe district it is quiet but within easy walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops. And a pottery. We all loved using the outdoor shower, and it was super convenient to use coming off the beach when you are sticky and sandy. It works even when the indoor shower is in use. A note: The outdoor shower knob is plumbed backwards, so cold is hot and hot is cold. We really enjoyed the front screened-in porch for quiet morning coffee or reading and watching all the neighborhood goings on. You can walk to the beach (6 blocks) and the end of 20th Street takes you through a public beach access with restrooms and outdoor feet/body showers. Super convenient. You can also drive to a parking lot on 20th adjacent to the access point but it’s a flat rate of 20 to park. We loved this house so much we are seriously thinking about booking it for the same week next year.

We loved the district and location. The bikes made EVERYTHING a quick easy 5-8 min ride and we were walking distance from so many cute restaurants, coffee shops, and art. Jars of Dust pottery has geat classes and is in your back door! The beds and house are comfortable and have all the things you’ll need. Unfortunately we never read the welcome note taped to the table under the window so didn’t “pack up the house” correctly. Please read the note! Only thing the house did not have was a washer/dryer.

Great Experience - must go back!

Great property! Great location for our needs (we were attending a volleyball tournament 3 blocks away at the convention center) Easy to get to the beach too. Had everything we could possibly need to have a great trip (with the exception of a washer/dryer). If staying for multiple days and hitting the beach I think a washer and dryer would be a huge plus to have in the home. I will recommend this property to everyone I know and I am hopeful that I will find a way to return with my family for an actual beach vacation too! Owner was very responsive. Property was exactly as described and in great condition. Bikes were an added bonus to have available. Super fun!

We had an amazing time in virginia beach and the vrbo was amazing. Super close to everyrhing. Would highly recomme d to anyone looking to be close to the beach and in the middle of great food and an array of things to do with the kiddos

Overall the property was very nice! It was nice and spacious; loved the outside area as well. The area is superrr friendly and everything is walkable distance. I would say it felt a little stuffy/dusty in the home. Other than that it was an amazing place. Owner seemed super friendly too.
