Welcome to Regan Beach Cabin — a spacious, family-friendly 4-bedroom South Lake Tahoe cabin one block from Lake Tahoe and steps from Regan Beach. This knotty-pine Tahoe mountain home is perfect for families, groups, couples, and ski/beach vacations — authentic cabin charm, modern comforts, and room to spread out for up to 8 guests.

Relax in the main living room with beautiful knotty-pine walls, a built-in gas fireplace, flatscreen Roku TV, and a game table — the quintessential cozy Lake Tahoe cabin vibe. Filtered lake views from the upstairs Lake Room remind you just how close you are to the water.
Kitchen & Dining
Open, bright, and fully stocked — everything you need for group meals, from cookware and bakeware to full dishware, coffee maker, and toaster. A private side deck off the kitchen is perfect for morning coffee, al fresco dining, or extra seating for big family meals.

Note: We have recording video/audio surveillance camera in the following areas : Viewing outside driveway, viewing outside front door, viewing backyard. An audio noise meter is monitoring the home to alert us if noise is above the legal threshold.

Please understand that South Lake Tahoe is building a reputation as among the strictest towns in the nation in regards to Vacation Home Rental Ordinance Enforcement. Please understand we don't have anything to do with the creation and/or enforcement of laws by City and County Police and Sheriffs. We are here to help provide guidance to all our guests. If you follow the rules, most vacationers should have no problem.

The following are heavily enforced rules by the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County. By booking a home, guest agrees to abide by:

1. Strict limitations on # of guests: Do not exceed maximum # of people and cars allowed on property at any time. Absolutely no street parking in front of home in dirt area/non paved area is allowed due to Vacation Home Rental Permit Compliance. Each violation is subject to a mandatory citation of $1000 to guest, and $1000 to property owner. If guest receives a citation by City or County, they agree to pay one thousand dollars per citation to property owner in addition to the citations. Cars may only be parked in designated parking areas on driveway and garage.

2. Understand and respect our highly noise sensitive community. No loud parties/special events or loud noise outside anytime. No noise of any kind allowed outside during city mandated quiet hours of 9pm-8am. Please enjoy the home by remaining inside or at a public place that allows noise.

3. No visible trash may be left outside due to wild animals. All trash should be deposited inside our approved bear resistant trash bin. Please do not leave food in car, or bears can break through the car windows.

4. If host in any way feels uncomfortable with guests, your booking may be cancelled at our sole discretion

Guest understands and agrees that South Lake Tahoe is in a highly noise sensitive area with heavy code enforcement patrols by the City of SLT Police and El Dorado Sherrifs 24/7/365. Guest understands that the City of South Lake Tahoe Code Enforcement officers and El Dorado County have a 0 discretion, zero tolerance policy to the above rules. Any code violation will likely result in a City Citation in the amount of up to two thousand dollars per incident, and may also lead to an eviction from the property. If evicted, guests are subject to forfeiture of all money paid and may be evicted with no notice.

Guests will not use house internet for illegal purposes including but not limited to illegal streaming, improperly copy or share copyrighted content such as music, movies, video or software using Peer-to-Peer or Torrenting software. Guests will be liable for all the expenses resulting from illegal usage of house internet.

Driveway can be slick during snowfall. Ensure your vehicle and tires are rated for snow during winter stay. Ensure parking brake is engaged when parked. Guest is responsible for their own vehicle(s) and any damage caused from their vehicles on the property. We try to keep sand nearby for traction.

By agreeing to this electronic document, the signer acknowledges he/she is 25 or older and is legally responsible for compliance of all occupants of the VHR with all applicable laws, house rules, and regulations pertaining to the use and occupancy of the VHR, and that should any violation of this ordinance occur, that fines may be imposed in accordance with sections 5.56.150 and 5.56.200. No campfires or outdoor fires allowed without a campfire permit.
