Celebrate or get together with your friends, loved ones, acquaintances, or colleagues in a spacious, extravagant villa with a pond. The building is situated on a large, fenced-in property with its own pond and many different, interesting relaxation areas and quiet retreats. All guests can gather in the main room. Parking is available right on the property. At the rear of the building is a large terrace with a view across the pond toward the sunset...—a simply breathtaking view.

We are very flexible and open to many requests.

Location

The property is located in the heart of a quiet nature reserve in a small community. It is surrounded by pristine nature with many hiking trails and direct access to the Fläming skate trail. Shopping, a movie theater, a thermal spa, and much more are located within a radius of about 15 km.

House

“Villa of Joy” ... with a pond and garden

The large villa with a tower offers ample space to bring a wide variety of ideas to life.

Many bright rooms with a total area of approximately 600 m² provide highly flexible usage options. For example, the large main room on the first floor is ideal as a dance hall, a venue for seminars, meditation sessions, wedding receptions, birthday parties, live streams, or simply as a peaceful retreat from everyday life. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating and ventilation.

The upper floor features a relaxation area with a tower room and a terrace overlooking the garden, as well as a kitchen.

The lower floor is suitable as a club area for music and dancing.

At the rear of the villa is a large terrace with a direct view of the adjacent private pond. The pond is situated in the midst of a diverse biotope.

A small wooden bridge leads to the rear garden area, which has a park-like atmosphere. This part of the property is also suitable for camping. The property features an interesting collection of trees.

A highlight in the front garden area is an oversized radio/ghetto blaster (6 m x 3 m) perched on a hill, as well as a stretch limousine placed there for decorative purposes.
