Guest Interaction
• We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you
• Self-check-in available with keyless entry
• Early check-in or late checkout available for $50/hour (max 2 hours, approval required)
• Late check-out without approval will incur a $200 fee
• Please treat the space with respect. This is a home, not a hotel
• If any issues arise, we’ll address them as quickly as possible

Note: How to Use the Gas Heater

The gas heater is very efficient but can also be dangerous, so please keep children away from it.

To start it, simply turn the knob to numbers 1–5 to set your desired temperature.

Please do not turn the knob to the OFF position, as this will shut off the gas flow, and the heater will need to be restarted in PILOT mode.

Amenities & Services:
• Essentials provided for 2-3 night stays (additional supplies nearby at CVS, DG Market, Ahart's Market, Wawa)
• Mid-stay cleaning available upon request for $150 (includes linen/towel turnover and light cleaning)
• Mid-stay cleaning is mandatory every 2 weeks ($150/clean) for stays over 14 days
• Rates include up to 6 guests; $25 per extra guest per night, up to max occupancy

Booking Requirements
• Guests must have a 100% verified profile to book
• Rental agreement will be sent post-reservation for e-signature
• Government-issued photo ID required to complete booking (kept confidential)

Community Access & Registration
• Guests must register with Emerald Lakes
• Amenity Passes are required to access community amenities. Amenities without passes = fines (guest responsibility)
• Amenity Passes provide access to: The Lodge (indoor pools, game rooms, Emerald Lodge Bar & Grill), lakes, beaches, tennis & pickleball courts, basketball courts, outdoor heated pool.
