The space
Secluded and tranquil lakefront property. Our home is located in a private alcove at the end of Arrowhead Lake (leading out to the big lake). If you are looking for a private place to sip your coffee, enjoy nature from your backyard, this is the place for you.

We've recently added a new Hot Tub (5 Person) with an Outdoor TV, Perfect for enjoying the outdoors year round.

Come enjoy a fully furnished home with everything needed for a wonderful vacation in the Poconos. Everything has been designed to be a warm space to rest and relax and we look forward to sharing it with you.

❅ Bookings less than 1 day before check-in cannot be accepted per HOA rules
❅ Bookings less than 4 days require additional $100 expedited HOA registration fee

Registration Information:
❅ Registration form link will be provided through reservation app. once your reservation is booked.
❅ Renters must submit guest information forms asap in order to meet association requirements.
❅ No refunds will be issued for not submitting your forms on time (4 days prior to check-in) and may result in not being able to bring a vehicle into the community, reservation cancellation and/or additional community fees paid by guests.
❅ All Guests are required to be registered atleast 4 days prior to check-in (if registered less than 4 days is +$100 fee).
❅ Guest registration form includes full name of primary renter
❅ Vehicles entering must also be registered with a Drivers License and Vehicle Registration
❅ Check-in only allowed between the hours of 10am-10pm due to guest services operating hours
❅ Check-ins at guest services - 906 Route 940, Suite #101 , Pocono Lake, PA 18347

❅ Fishing Requires Permit (available at local bait and tackle stores)

Entire house and premises is accessible by guests
Only exclusion is Utility/Storage room for guest supplies and Garage which is also used for storage.

Other things to note
Registration must be completed 3 days in advance. Reservations made/completed less than 3 days out will require an additional $100 fee to expedite registration and/or result in cancellation of your reservation.

Association Registration Fee: Arrowhead Lake Community has additional required fees due in advance. We do our best to help absorb some of these fee's to help reduce the cost for our guests.

The below fee's are included in your reservation: Adding additional guests after booking will require additional fee’s to be charged.

Fees: $20 - Processing Fee; $20 - per Vehicle Fee;
> Off Season: $2- Per Person (over 6yo) Per Day fee
> Peak Season: $8.50 per person/per day (Memorial Day to Labor Day).

There is a lot of wildlife in the Poconos, as a result the community does not offer traditional garbage pickup. Guests are expected to drop off trash during stay and check-out at the trash facility located behind the main entrance.

Please be aware that the Poconos can bring unpredictable weather, there is a possibility of serious storms or power outages. We do not offer weather related refunds outside of our cancellation policy.
