On a quiet residential street, your two-bedroom with loft townhome boasts vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a modern, open layout. The full kitchen is well-equipped for prepping your favorite recipes, and there’s plenty of space to gather for mealtime, board games, and puzzles between the living and dining areas. Step out on the quiet, covered balcony for a breath of fresh mountain air anytime.

Enjoy access to Lakeland Village's private beach, pools, hot tubs, lakeside barbecues, sauna, and fitness center—amenities that are private to the Lakeland Village community and available only to guests and owners. These spaces are shared, meaning they are not exclusive to this individual unit.





Things to Know

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Very clean updated condo. Beach area gorgeous. Enjoyed the hot tub. Condo was great. Thank you! Also management team friendly messages. We liked the condo because there weren't a lot of Knick knacks, spacious, floors super clean. Linens great. Looks like recent renovation.

The entire check-in process w/ VRBO and the Avari property management team was exceptional. Everything was clearly articulated and easy. We were able to drop our bags in the lobby, grab towels, and head to the beach/pool when we arrived slightly ahead of schedule. The condo itself was immaculate and exactly as described. Everything was comfortable and accommodating...perfect rental for an easy getaway weekend. The location was right in the middle of South Lake and provided easy access to anything we needed...restaurants, boat rental, etc.No complaints whatsoever...everyone in the group was ecstatic.

The condo was very clean! Very roomy and the perfect size for our party of 6. The bedding was very nice as was the condo's decor. We love Lakeland Village so were very happy with the access to the pools and the beach. I have just a couple of minor things to recommend. 1) It would be helpful if a list of check out tasks was provided somewhere in the condo. I had to send a message to the host to get them. 2) Upgrade the quality of paper towels and toilet paper. Both were of very cheap quality not befitting the price we paid for the condo. Also, no tissues were provided at all. Had to use toilet paper for things we would normally use the tissue for.
