Newly Remodeled Chalet - Near Skiing & Golf

Thank you, Tina, for sharing your thoughts about your stay with us. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear you found our place nice. However, we are truly sorry to learn about the safety concerns you experienced. The absence of a hand railing at the top of the stairs is something we take seriously, and we will address this immediately to ensure the safety of our future guests. Regarding the lever handles, we understand how that could be a concern, especially with wildlife in the area. We will look into options to enhance security and prevent any unexpected visitors. We also appreciate your comments about the kitchen chairs and the cooking necessities. It’s important to us that our guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay, and we will review our kitchen inventory to ensure it meets expectations. Thank you for your understanding and for bringing these matters to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future, where we can provide an even better experience.

Hi Edward, Thank you so much for the review and kind words about our property. We're happy to hear that you appreciate the cleanliness of the property. We appreciate you taking care of our place as if it were your own. Please come back and visit us again any time.
